下颌前份根尖下截骨术是正颌外科中的最早术式。经许多学者的相继改良,目前已成为矫治牙颌面畸形的常用术式。本文报道利用下颌前份根尖下截骨术矫治22例牙颌面畸形患者的治疗效果,介绍了STO分析法在手术设计中的应用,讨论了下颌前份根上下截骨术的适应症选择、拔牙的取舍与部位的选择、以及手术并发症的防治。
Anterior mandibular apical osteotomy is the earliest surgical technique in orthognathic surgery. After many scholars have been improved, has now become a commonly used method of correction of dental and maxillofacial deformities. This article reports the treatment of 22 patients with dental and maxillofacial deformity treated by anterior mandibular apical osteotomy. The application of STO analysis in surgical design was introduced. Indications of upper and lower anterior mandibular osteotomy were discussed , The choice of tooth extraction and site selection, as well as surgical complications prevention and treatment.
