由Kansai丝网公司开发的新型褶皱滤网能防止滤网边缘聚合物液体的渗漏和滤网褶皱结构的变形。在合成纤维纺丝过程中已证实以下优势:使用寿命延长,生产中断、生产损耗和滤网损耗减少,相应降低了生产成本,有使用更细的滤网的可能性,因而产品质量得到改进。
The new pleated screen, developed by Kansai Wire Mesh, prevents seepage of the polymer at the edges of the screen and the deformation of the screen folds. The following advantages have been demonstrated during the spinning of synthetic fibers: longer service life, reduced production costs, reduced production losses and reduced screen losses, correspondingly lower production costs and the possibility of using finer filters, resulting in improved product quality.
