提出在多层砌体房屋结构体系中,沿房屋高度设置一定数量的钢筋混凝土剪力墙的新型结构体系.剪力墙可以提高砌体房屋的抗侧力强度和延性,拓宽了砌体房屋在抗震区的应用范围.通过理论推导,给出了该种结构体系抗震验算的参考公式,并提出了相应的设计建议.分析结果表明,与普通砌体房屋相比较,设置钢筋混凝土剪力墙的砌体房屋具有较好的抗震性能和变形能力
This paper proposes a new type of structural system with a certain number of reinforced concrete shear walls along the height of the building in the multi-story masonry building structure system. Shear wall can improve the lateral strength and ductility of masonry buildings, and broaden the application of masonry houses in earthquake-resistant areas. Through theoretical derivation, the reference formula for the seismic calculation of this kind of structural system is given, and the corresponding design proposal is put forward. The analysis results show that the masonry houses with reinforced concrete shear walls have better seismic performance and deformation ability than ordinary masonry houses.
