从养殖虾的肝、鳃分离的细菌进行生理生化鉴定、药物敏感及感染试验等 ,结果表明：经细菌学鉴定二株病原菌，均为嗜水气单胞菌 Aeromonas hydrophila；对虾的半数致死量 LD50分别为 1.68× 104个 /只、 3.95× 103个 /只；细菌对药物的敏感性有明显差异。
Physiological and biochemical identification of the bacteria isolated from the liver and gills of the shrimp farming, drug susceptibility and infection test results show that: the two pathogenic bacteria identified by bacteriology, are Aeromonas hydrophila; half the lethal LD50 Respectively, 1.68 × 104 / only, 3.95 × 103 / only; the sensitivity of bacteria to drugs have significant differences.
