中国农机总公司排灌机械开发经营部第三次理事会会议于1988年4月4日至6日在山东省济南市召开。60个单位的78名代表参加了会议。中国农机总公司排灌机械开发经营部理事长厉明祥处长主持了会议。中国农机总公司刘焕文副总经理、山东省机械厅张守伦副厅长、济南市机械局李庆祥副局长出席会议并讲了话。山东省机械厅农机公司陈伯年处长、原机械部农机局排灌处张顺山副处长也应邀出席了会议。会议听取了排灌机械开发经营部一年来的工作汇报及今后的打算,对第三次理事会的议程作了安排,对第四批申请加入排灌机械开发经营部的单位进行了认真的讨论。排灌机械开发经营部宋士滨副经理受常务理事会委托,在会上作了关于《排灌机械开发
The third meeting of the Board of Directors of China Agricultural Machinery Corporation’s irrigation and drainage machinery development and operation department was held on April 4th to April 6th, 1988 in Jinan City, Shandong Province. A total of 78 representatives from 60 units attended the meeting. Mr. Li Mingxiang, Director of the Development and Operation Department of Drainage and Irrigation Machinery of China National Agricultural Machinery Corporation presided over the meeting. Deputy General Manager Liu Huanwen of China National Agricultural Machinery Corporation, Zhang Shoulun, Deputy Director of the Machinery Department of Shandong Province, and Deputy Director Li Qingxiang of the Jinan Municipal Machinery Bureau attended the meeting and delivered speeches. Director Chen Bonian of Machinery Department of Machinery Department of Shandong Province and Deputy Director Zhang Shushan of the Drainage and Irrigation Department of the Agricultural Machinery Bureau of the Ministry of Machinery also attended the meeting. The meeting heard a report on the work and development of the irrigation and drainage machinery development and operation department for the past year and plans for the future. The agenda for the third meeting of the Governing Council was arranged, and the fourth batch of units that applied for the development and operation of the irrigation and drainage machinery department were seriously discussed. Dr. Song Shibin, Deputy Manager of the Development and Operation Department of Drainage and Irrigation Machinery, was entrusted by the Standing Council and made a speech on the development of irrigation and drainage machinery.
