新年刚过,来自全国二十多个地区、十二个部门以及五个专业协会的秘书长同志,聚会在一起,总结交流去年的工作,研究探讨今年的任务,我感到这是同志们工作紧迫感的一个具体表现。在目前全国深化、加快改革的大潮之中,每一项工作都应该尽量赶前,尽量加速,尽量深化。因此,在这个会议上总结经验、交流信息、探讨问题、规划工作是切合时机、很重要的。这也是对我们政府部门工作的支持,对中国施工企业管理协会的支持。我代表国家计委、代表中国施工企业管理协会向远道而来的同志们表示欢迎。在过去的一年里,各地区、各部门协会的同志做了大量的工作,特别是帮助政府部门做了许多工作,对我们完成国民经济计划起了很大的作用。在此,我想通过在坐的秘书长同志,向各地的会员企业
