(一)前言利用海平面资料分析地壳的升降和城市沉降,以及了解局部地区地壳变动的情况,研究其和地震之间的关系,这一工作正在逐渐得到人们的重视。影响海平面变化的因素是十分复杂的,如有各种天文周期引力所引起的海平面变化,还有地球表面各种物理因素诸如气象(气温、气压、风、蒸发、降水等)、水文(径流、海流等)以及地球自转速度变化、地壳变动等所引起的海平面变化。显然,进行海平面资料分析,需分离其它各种因素对海平面变化的
