精细化管理是对传统粗放式管理的变革,是企业实现可持续发展的原动力。企业精细化管理的内涵是建立和完善企业制度标准化建设、信息化建设和培育企业精细化管理体系和文化。而建筑施工企业传统的制度建设因不具严谨的科学性和系统性,严重制约了建筑施工企业自身素质的提高和良性发展。本文从建筑施工行业制度标准化建设、信息化管理平台建设以及精细化管理文化建设等方面进行了阐述与论证。
Delicacy management is a change to the traditional extensive management and the driving force for enterprises to achieve sustainable development. The essence of enterprise refinement management is to establish and improve the standardization of enterprise systems, information technology and foster enterprise management system and fine culture. The traditional construction of construction enterprises because of the lack of rigorous scientific and systematic, seriously restricting the construction enterprises themselves improve the quality and healthy development. This article elaborates and justifies the standardization construction of the construction industry system, the construction of the information management platform and the elaboration of the management culture.
