利用中频感应炉和二氧化碳焊机两种不同热源在45钢上堆焊Fe55自熔性合金粉末与碳化钨、碳化硅的混合粉末,并利用XJL-02A光学金相显微镜、2500PC X-ray衍射仪对堆焊层金属的物相成分进行分析,并测试耐磨性和显微硬度。研究表明:铁基合金熔敷层组织主要为马氏体,在不同热源的加热下,合金组织的物相成分不尽相同,所获得的显微硬度和耐磨性也各不相同。
The mixed powder of Fe55 self-fluxing alloy, tungsten carbide and silicon carbide was deposited on 45 steel by using two different heat sources, such as medium frequency induction furnace and carbon dioxide welding machine. XJL-02A optical microscope, 2500PC X-ray diffractometer The phase composition of the overlay metal was analyzed and the wear resistance and microhardness were tested. The results show that the microstructure of Fe-based alloy cladding layer is mainly martensite. The phase composition of the alloy is different under the heating of different heat sources, and the obtained microhardness and wear resistance are also different.
