2008年的美国市场愁云惨雾,2009年的美国市场前途未卜。尽管政府接管房利美和房地美、斥数千亿美元救市等措施,暂时化解了主要地产金融机构“崩盘”的风险,缓解了市场面临的紧张局面,但资本市场和地产市场的“危机循环链”不能仅靠政府干预来解开。通过扩大内需,调整经济结构,实现市场的自我调节和健康发展,将是中美房地产市场共同要解决的问题
