这些年来,文化遗产保护的问题越来越受到国际社会的重视,在研究文化遗产领域的相关问题时,由于文化遗产的概念存在不确定性问题,为国内外学者展开理论带来了极大的障碍,从而制约了文化遗产保护事业的发展。本文以现行的文化遗产领域相关的国际公约和其他国际文件的客观规定为依托,通过梳理国际法视域下“文化遗产”概念术语的历史演变,以试图厘清文化遗产的内涵与外延,以求对文化遗产领域保护事业有所裨益。
