随着社会的进步,时代的发展,社会主义市场竞争的激烈化,各种错综复杂的矛盾在经济发展中越来越突现出来。把握好思想政治工作在经济发展中的杠杆作用,认真探索新形式下思想政治工作的新途径,全面贯彻以人为本的科学发展观,是当前发展经济、创建和谐社会的迫切需要。要在经济发展的同时做好人民群众的思想政治工作,笔者以为一定要抓住稳定、和谐、发展三个基本要素。
With the progress of society, the development of the times and the fierce competition in the socialist market, various intricate contradictions have become increasingly prominent in economic development. Grasping the leverage of ideological and political work in economic development, exploring new ways of ideological and political work under new forms, and thoroughly implementing the people-oriented scientific concept of development are urgent needs for economic development and building a harmonious society. To do a good job in ideological and political work of the masses while economic development, I believe we must seize the three basic elements of stability, harmony and development.
