对铸态铝锰黄铜的超塑性进行了试验与生产应用的研究。结果表明:铸态合金的晶粒尺寸平均为140μm,在不经任何预处理的情况下,具有良好的超塑性。用铸态毛坯作滑阀零件的超塑成形表现出良好的成形性和空洞的焊合性,超塑成形后经适当的恢复热处理,其力学性能和耐磨性均优于锻态毛坯的超塑成形零件。
The superplasticity of as-cast aluminum-manganese brass was tested and the production application was studied. The results show that the as-cast alloy has an average grain size of 140μm and good superplasticity without any pretreatment. The superplastic forming of castings with cast blank showed good formability and cavity weldability. After superplastic forming, proper mechanical properties and wear resistance were better than that of forged blank Plastic molding parts.
