目的从不同角度探索开展中药药学监护的方法。方法通过药物不良反应监测,发现药物警戒信号,进行用药干预,保证用药安全;通过处方分析发现用药问题,规范用药行为;建立中药药学监护要点,更有利于药师开展药学监护工作。结果通过加强中药药学监护,降低了药物不良反应的发生率,临床用药更趋合理。结论开展中药药学监护对于保证人民用药安全有效具有重要意义。
Objective To explore ways to carry out traditional Chinese medicine pharmacy care from different perspectives. Methods Through the monitoring of adverse drug reactions, the drug warning signal was found, and medication intervention was carried out to ensure the safety of medication. The prescriptions were analyzed to find out the medication problems and to regulate the medication behavior. The establishment of the key point of Chinese medicine pharmacy care was more conducive to the pharmacist care. Results By strengthening the Chinese medicine pharmacy care, reducing the incidence of adverse drug reactions, clinical medication more reasonable. Conclusion Carrying out Chinese medicine pharmacy care is of great significance to ensure the safety and effectiveness of people’s medication.
