亚临床肝性脑病诊断标准探讨

To investigate and suggest the diagnostic standard of sub-clinical hepatic encephalopathy(SHE).Methods 60 decompensation cirrhosis patients were selected to undertake the psychometric,evoked potential,plasma endotoxin,and ammonemia tests.Results It was showed that psychometric and evoked potential abnormality rates were similar to that of other studies,and there was a close correlation between plasma endotoxin level,psychometric and evoked potential abnormalities. Conclusion The tests of psychometric,evoked potential,and plasma endotoxin can be regarded as the diagnostic standard for SHE.
