通过研究不同剂量川芎嗪对血管平滑肌细胞(VSMC)增殖的影响及可能的作用机制发现:川芎嗪能明显抑制VSMC数目的增长和细胞对3H-TdR的摄取,并可增加PGI2,水解产物6M-PGF1a的释放,提示川芎嗪具有抑制VSMC增殖作用,其作用与PGI2产物含量增加有关。
By studying the effects of different doses of tetramethylpyrazine on the proliferation of vascular smooth muscle cells (VSMCs) and possible mechanism of action, it was found that tetramethylpyrazine can significantly inhibit the increase in the number of VSMCs and the uptake of 3H-TdR by cells, and increase the PGI2, the hydrolysis product 6M- The release of PGF1a suggested that tetramethylpyrazine inhibited the proliferation of VSMC and its effect was related to the increase of PGI2 content.
