科学合理的奖励是贯彻落实《奥运争光计划》的重要一环。本研究运用文献资料法、比较分析法、专家访谈法等对国外奥运奖励政策的特点和奖励模式进行分析,在此基础上提出完善我国奥运奖励政策的几点建议:完善优秀运动员社会保障,建立长效激励机制;建立奥运奖励基金,多渠道筹集奥运奖励资金;重视社会奖励在整个奥运奖励中的作用。
Scientific and reasonable rewards are an important part of implementing the “Olympic glory plan.” Based on the analysis of the characteristics and rewards models of the overseas Olympic rewards policy, this paper puts forward some suggestions on how to improve the rewards policy of the Olympic Games in our country: improve the social security of elite athletes and establish Long-term incentive mechanism; the establishment of the Olympic rewards fund, multi-channel financing of Olympic rewards; emphasis on social rewards throughout the Olympic rewards role.
