互动式教学,就是通过营造双边和多边互动的教学环境,在教学双方平等交流探讨的过程中,达到不同观点碰撞交融,进而激发教师与学生双方的主动性和探索性,达成提高教学效果的一种教学方式。本文就教师的课堂驾驭能力和英语课堂互动式教学的有效性的关系进行了讨论。提出教师的课堂驾驭能力是英语课堂互动式教学有效性的保证。并归纳出教师的课堂组织协调能力与课堂互动式教学活动的任务设置能力是保证实现互动式教学有效性的基本前提。教师对学生的引导、激发和提高自身预见问题和解决问题的能力是确保英语课堂互动式教学的有效性的关键。教师灵活恰当的课堂评价是英语课堂互动式教学有效性的重要保障。
Interactive teaching is to create a teaching environment of bilateral and multilateral interaction so as to reach the goal of equality between teachers and students during the equal exchange and discussion between teachers and students so as to stimulate the initiative and exploration of both teachers and students so as to achieve a goal of improving teaching effectiveness Kind of teaching methods. This article discusses the relationship between teacher’s ability to control the classroom and the effectiveness of interactive teaching in English class. It is proposed that the teacher’s ability of classroom control is the guarantee of the interactive teaching in English class. And summed up the teacher’s ability to organize classroom coordination and interactive teaching activities of the task to set the ability to ensure the effectiveness of interactive teaching to achieve the basic premise. Teachers’ guiding to students, stimulating and improving their ability to predict problems and solve problems are the keys to ensure the effectiveness of interactive teaching in English class. Flexible classroom evaluation of teachers is an important guarantee for the effectiveness of interactive teaching in English class.
