目的:建立离子色谱法同时测定饮用水中消毒副产物(BPs)溴酸盐(BrO3-)、亚氯酸盐(ClO2-)、氯酸盐(ClO3-)、二氯乙酸(DCAA)和三氯乙酸(TCAA)含量的方法。方法:选用Dionex Ionpac AS19-2mm型分析柱,RFIC淋洗液在线发生器在线生成KOH淋洗液进行梯度淋洗,抑制型电导检测器,进样体积为200μl。结果:这5种消毒副产物最低检出浓度:ClO2-为0.65μg/L,BrO3-为0.65μg/L,ClO3-为0.50μg/L,DACC为2.00μg/L,TACC为2.00μg/L。回收率在87.8%~108.0%之间。结论:本法操作简单,灵敏度高,重现性好。
OBJECTIVE: To establish a method for simultaneous determination of disinfection byproducts (BPs), bromate (ClO2-), chlorate (ClO3-), dichloroacetic acid (DCAA) Chloroacetic acid (TCAA) content of the method. Methods: The Dionex Ionpac AS19-2mm analytical column was used. The RFIC eluent on-line generator was used to generate KOH eluent for gradient elution. An inhibitory conductivity detector with an injection volume of 200μl was used. Results: The minimum detectable concentrations of the five kinds of disinfection by-products were 0.65 μg / L for ClO2-, 0.65 μg / L for BrO3-, 0.50 μg / L for ClO3-, 2.00 μg / L for DACC and 2.00 μg / L for DACAC . The recoveries ranged from 87.8% to 108.0%. Conclusion: This method is simple, high sensitivity and good reproducibility.
