评价补肾益精方提高切卵术诱导的绝经后骨质疏松症大鼠模型松质骨骨质量的有效性并且探讨本方的作用机制。方法:40只12月龄Wistar雌性大鼠随机分为正常组、模型组、补肾益精方组与倍美力组。处死以后,分别测定大鼠第二腰椎骨生物力学性能等参数。结果:各组腰椎宏观几何结构参数未见明显差异。与正常组比较,模型组的骨矿盐密度显著减少,骨胶原密度减少不显著;各用药组与模型组比较,补肾益精方组的骨矿盐密度与骨胶原密度分别上升3%和8%,倍美力组分别上升9%和12%。模型组的力学参数显著低于正常组;补肾益精方组的弹性阶段的力学参数比模型组显著升高,但是倍美力组升高不显著;各用药组塑性阶段的力学参数与模型组比较均明显升高。结论:补肾益精方不仅能够提高模型松质骨的骨质量,而且改善模型松质骨弹性阶段的力学性能的作用相对优于倍美力。
To evaluate the effectiveness of Bushen Yijing Recipe in improving the quality of spongy bone in rat models of postmenopausal osteoporosis induced by ovariectomy and to explore the mechanism of action of this prescription. Methods: Forty female 12-month-old Wistar rats were randomly divided into normal group, model group, Bushenyijing group and Premarin group. After being sacrificed, the parameters such as the biomechanical properties of the rat’s second lumbar spine were measured. Results: There was no significant difference in the macrogeometric parameters between the lumbar spine. Compared with the normal group, the bone mineral density of the model group was significantly reduced, and the collagen density was not significantly decreased. Compared with the model group, bone mineral salt density and bone collagen density of the Bushen Yijingfang group increased by 3% and 8 respectively. %, the Premarin Group rose by 9% and 12% respectively. The mechanical parameters of the model group were significantly lower than those of the normal group; the mechanical parameters of the elastic phase of the Bushen Yijing prescription group were significantly higher than that of the model group, but the increase was not significant in the premenstrual group; the mechanical parameters and model group of the plastic stage of each drug group The increase was significantly higher. Conclusion: Bushenyijing prescription can not only improve the bone quality of model cancellous bone, but also improve the mechanical properties of cancellous bone in the model.
