最高人民法院周强院长指出,推进司法公开,是全面深化司法改革的必然要求,是新媒体时代满足人民群众对司法工作新期待的必然要求,也是提升司法水平和司法公信力的必然要求。公开、透明是现代政治的基本准则,是人类法治文明的共同成果。司法公开、公正与否,是一国政治文明发展的重要标志,也是国家形象的直接反映。推进司法公开,有利于完善中国特色社会主义司法制度,有利于推动我国政治、经济、社会的全面发展。把司法公开向更广更深处推进,可以更充分地实现公众的知情权,有助于社会对人民法院工作更好地进行监督。把司法公开向更广更深处推进,要不断扩大司法公开的范围,不断创新司法公开的方式。
Zhou Qiang, president of the Supreme People’s Court, pointed out: Promoting judicial openness is an inevitable requirement for deepening judicial reform in an all-round way and an inevitable requirement of meeting people’s new expectations of judicial work in the new media era. It is also an inevitable requirement for enhancing judicial standards and judicial credibility. Openness and transparency are the basic norms of modern politics and the common achievement of the civilization of the rule of law by mankind. Judicial disclosure, impartiality or not is an important symbol of the development of a country’s political civilization and a direct reflection of the country’s image. Promoting judicial openness is conducive to improving the socialist justice system with Chinese characteristics and is conducive to promoting the all-round development of politics, economy and society in our country. Promoting the administration of justice to a broader and deeper level can more fully realize the public’s right to information and help society to better supervise the work of the people’s courts. We should open the judicial system to a broader and deeper level, continuously expand the scope of judicial publicity, and constantly innovate the methods of judicial publicity.
