0引言2008年12月4日,国际海事组织(IMO)海上安全委员会(MSC)第85次会议通过MSC.267(85)决议《2008年国际完整稳性规则》,并以MSC.269(85)决议和MSC.270(85)决议分别通过《1974年国际海上人命安全公约》和《1966年国际载重线公约1988年议定书》(1988年LL议定书)的修正案。根据1974年SOLAS公约和1988年LL议定书修正案的要求,MSC.267(85)决议的附件《2008年国际完整稳性规则》
0 Introduction On December 4, 2008, the 85th Meeting of the Maritime Safety Committee (MSC) of the International Maritime Organization (IMO) adopted Resolution 2484 (85), “International Intact Stabilization Rules 2008”, and adopted resolution MSC.269 (85 ) Resolution and Resolution MSC.270 (85), respectively, to adopt amendments to the 1974 International Convention for the Safety of Life at Sea and the 1988 Protocol to the 1966 International Convention on Load Lines (the 1988 LL Protocol).
