价值规律和供求规律虽有依附关系,但应区别对待。价值规律是价值相等的不同商品进行交换的规律。供求规律是市场交换的规律,也是价格形成的规律。市场同价格息息相关。价格灵活,市场就活跃;价格卡死,市场就凋蔽。遗憾的是,多数社会主义国家的教科书里,只讲价值规律,不讲供求规律;或者只是在讲述价值规律时,把供求关系作为一个依附内容。我认为这是社会主义国家市场不发达、价格不合理等经济生活不理想的理论缺陷。在进行社会主义经济建设时,只用价值规律指导经济工作,就会感到抽象、空洞,不解决实际问题。
Although the law of value and the law of supply and demand are dependent, they should be treated differently. The law of value is the law of exchange of different goods of equal value. The law of supply and demand is the law of market exchange, and it is also the law of price formation. The market is closely related to the price. The price is flexible and the market is active; if the price is stuck, the market will be withdrawn. Regrettably, in most textbooks of socialist countries, only the law of value is concerned, and the law of supply and demand is not discussed; or when the laws of value are described, the relationship between supply and demand is taken as a dependency. I think this is a theoretical flaw in the unsatisfactory economic life of socialist countries such as underdeveloped markets and unreasonable prices. In carrying out socialist economic construction, using only the laws of value to guide economic work will feel abstract and empty and will not solve practical problems.
