用Wistar大鼠建立高脂血症动物模型观察了茵陈蒿汤化裁方(IHACD)对大鼠肝脂、血脂和血清丙二醛(MDA)含量的影响。结果表明低剂量组(7.5g/kg·d)和高剂量组(15.0g/kg·d)均能明显降低肝组织胆固醇(TC)的含量,对肝组织甘油三脂(TG)影响不大,类似安妥明的作用.低剂量组能明显提高血清高密度脂蛋白胆固醇与总胆固醇的比值(HDL-C/TC),降低血清TC和TG的含量,后者优于安妥明的作用。两种剂量均能明显降低血清MDA的含量。
The effects of Yinchenhao Tanghuafang (IHACD) on hepatic fat, serum lipid and serum malondialdehyde (MDA) content in rats were observed with Wistar rats. The results showed that low-dose group (7.5g/kg·d) and high-dose group (15.0g/kg·d) could significantly reduce the content of hepatic cholesterol (TC) and affect the triglyceride (TG) in liver tissue. Not large, similar to the role of Antoine. Low-dose group can significantly increase the ratio of serum high-density lipoprotein cholesterol to total cholesterol (HDL-C/TC) and reduce the content of serum TC and TG, which is superior to the role of clofibrate. Both doses can significantly reduce the serum MDA content.
