2011年1月9日,《国家电网公司职工民主管理纲要》(以下简称《纲要》)经国家电网公司二届一次职代会审议通过。1月27日,公司以党组文件形式发出了《关于印发〈国家电网公司职工民主管理纲要〉的通知》。《纲要》亮点突出、可操作性强。两年多来,国家电网公司系统供电企业认真贯彻执行《纲要》精神,推动了企业的民主管理的科学发展、创新发展和协调发展。为详细了解有关情况,我刊采访了国家电网公司工会史高社副主席。
January 9, 2011, “State Grid Corporation of workers democratic management program” (hereinafter referred to as the “Outline”) by the State Grid Corporation of the second session of the Workers Congress examined and adopted.
