本文研究8例白内障摘除术后细菌性眼内炎,旁水细菌培养5例阳性,其中金色葡萄球菌2例,白色葡萄球2例。治疗包括胃肠道外使用新青霉素Ⅱ和庆大霉素。口服强地松和丙磺舒,球后注射新青霉素Ⅱ、庆大霉素和地噻米松,局部用抗菌素、皮质激素和睫状肌麻痹剂。球后和胃肠道外使用抗菌素分别持续约6和10天,抗菌素使用24小时后开始皮质激素口服和球后注射分别持续10—14天和4—7天。讨论了球后联合注射新青霉素Ⅱ,庆大霉素和皮质激素。最后视力全部为20/80或更好,6例病人的最后视力为20/50或以上。
In this paper, 8 cases of bacterial endophthalmitis after cataract extraction were studied, 5 cases of bacterial culture by the side water were positive, including 2 cases of Staphylococcus aureus and 2 cases of white staphylococcus. Treatment includes parenteral administration of penicillin II and gentamicin. Oral prednisone and probenecid, the ball after injection of penicillin Ⅱ, gentamicin and dexamethasone, topical antibiotics, corticosteroids and cycloplegic agents. Post-and parenteral antibiotic use lasts for about 6 and 10 days, respectively, and after 24 hours of antibiotic use, corticosteroids are administered orally and retrobulbarly for 10-14 and 4-7 days, respectively. After the ball joint injection of new penicillin Ⅱ, gentamicin and corticosteroids. The final visual acuity was 20/80 or better, and the final visual acuity of 6 patients was 20/50 or more.
