在基层计划生育工作中,计划生育避孕药具的供应与管理是一项重要组成内容,其是为育龄人群提供避孕措施、落实人口计划的重要物质保障。近年来,在我国基层计划生育工作中逐步推行优质服务、以人为本的计划生育服务理念,避孕药具也成为了政府免费向人民群众提供的一种计划生育服务措施。避孕药具的供应与管理,在满足广大人民群众优生优育、避孕节育等生殖健康需求方面发挥着的至关重要的作用。本文首先分析了当前基层计划生育工作中,避孕药具供应、管理存在的问题,并提出了避孕药具管理与供应体制改革的相关建议。
In the primary family planning work, the supply and management of family planning contraceptives is an important component, which is an important material guarantee for providing contraception for the population of childbearing age and implementing the population plan. In recent years, the concept of family-oriented family planning services and the contraceptives have gradually become a kind of family planning service provided by the government free of charge to the people in our primary family planning work. The supply and management of contraceptives play a crucial role in meeting the reproductive health needs of the general public, such as prenatal and postnatal care, contraception and birth control. This article first analyzes the problems in the supply and management of contraceptives in the current primary family planning work and puts forward some suggestions on the reform of contraceptive management and supply system.
