我国广泛采用干喷混凝土设备实施干喷工艺 ,存在高粉尘、高回弹和低工效等缺点。近年来 ,国际和国内的一些研究单位开发了一系列的湿喷设备以期解决上述问题。自行开发的湿喷设备总体方案采用泵送型湿喷方式 ,湿喷混凝土泵及速凝剂泵均采用全液压双缸柱塞式 ,还研制了喷头、输送管道及附件等。提出的湿喷工艺具有诸多优点。设计加工中进行了多次改进 ,进行了试验并对其工艺进行了考核 ,其性能达到了国外知名公司同类产品的水平。
China’s widespread use of dry spray spray equipment to implement dry spray technology, there are high dust, high rebound and low work efficiency and other shortcomings. In recent years, a number of international and domestic research units have developed a series of wet spray equipment in order to solve the above problems. The self-developed wet spraying equipment overall scheme adopts the pumping type wet spraying method, the wet spraying concrete pump and the quick-setting agent pump adopt the full hydraulic double-cylinder plunger type, and also develops the nozzle, the conveying pipe and the accessories and the like. The proposed wet spray process has many advantages. Several improvements have been made in the design and processing, tests have been carried out and the process has been evaluated, and its performance has reached the level of similar products of well-known foreign companies.
