结核病是“全国农业发展纲要”中规定的积极防治的疾病之一。遵照毛主席关于“应当积极地预防和医治人民的疾病,推广人民的医药卫生事业。”的伟大教导,为了摸清我县农村结核病的发病情况,制定预防措施,使广大贫中下农达到早期发现、早期隔离治疗的目的。我们和南门峡公社卫生院一起,于一九七五年三月至五月对南门峡部分地区进行了结核病普查工作。一般情况南门峡公社属于我县脑山地区,交通不便,全公社平均在海拔三千一百公尺左右,共有十四个大队,八十六个生产队,总人口为一万八千二百七十人。
