过去许多年 ,特别在汽车工业 ,无级变速器已经取得了显著的进步。本文取得独创的功率分流 CVT( PS- CVT)装置的理论和实验的研究成果。本建议解决的主要优点是采用两各个工作分流用一个没有封闭循环的功率流来改善效率 ;获得单部件装置的运动特性。采用一个特殊的试验台架 ,在第一工作分流实验确定 PS- CVT装置的功率流和效率。用这些取得的结果和理论模型比较。在本文中 ,把功率和效率在所推荐的PS- CVT装置表明的诸优点和简单 CVT相比较。
Over the past years, especially in the automotive industry, CVTs have made significant strides. In this paper, we obtain the theoretical and experimental research results of the original power split CVT (PS-CVT) device. The main advantage addressed by this proposal is to improve the efficiency by using two separate work flows with one power flow without a closed cycle; and to obtain the motion characteristics of a one-part device. A special test rig was used to determine the power flow and efficiency of the PS-CVT device in the first working offload experiment. The results obtained are compared with the theoretical model. In this paper, the advantages of power and efficiency shown in the proposed PS-CVT device are compared to those of a simple CVT.
