患者,女,15岁。因咳嗽、气闷、浮肿不能平卧半个月,于1984年12月27日入院。患者于近5年来,每年冬季时有咳喘发作。2年前曾有两膝红肿疼痛“按风湿性关节炎治疗而消失。患者为第六胎,兄妹7人,父母是姨表联姻。父母及一姊体检未发现异常。其余兄妹平素健康。祖父母死因不详。体温36.9℃,呼吸32次。脉率146次,血压110/60。端坐呼吸。全身浮肿,贫血貌,缺氧征不明显°智力正常。说话鼻音。鞍鼻、鼻粘膜呈慢性充血。干燥。内有脓性血痂。鼻腔大,鼻甲萎缩。右上颌窦有轾度压痛。耳眼无异常。上软腭呈倒八字形裂开,悬
