目的 研究褐藻叶托马尾藻的活性成分。方法 采用稻瘟霉模型生物活性追踪方法 ,应用多种色谱手段和光谱分析方法分离和鉴定化合物。结果 鉴定了 7个甾体类化合物 ,分别为岩藻甾醇 (Ⅰ ) ,2 4 乙基 4,2 4(2 8) 胆甾二烯 3 酮 (Ⅱ ) ,2 4 乙基 4,2 4(2 8) 胆甾二烯 3,6 二酮 (Ⅲ ) ,马尾藻甾醇 (Ⅳ ) ,2 4R ,2 8R 和 2 4S ,2 8S 环氧 2 4 乙基胆甾醇 (Ⅴ ) ,胆甾醇 2 4 酮 (Ⅵ )和豆甾醇 3 O 葡萄糖苷 (Ⅶ )。结论 Ⅱ~Ⅶ为首次从该海藻中分离得到 ,Ⅰ和Ⅲ~Ⅵ具有诱导稻瘟霉菌丝变形活性
Objective To study the active ingredients of S. vitis. Methods The method of biological activity tracing of Pyricularia oryzae model was used to separate and identify compounds by using various chromatographic methods and spectral analysis methods. Results Seven steroidal compounds were identified, namely fucosterol (I), 2 4 ethyl 4,2 4 (2 8) cholestadiene 3 ketone (II), 2 4 ethyl 4,2 4 ( 2 8) Cholesteric 3,6-dione (III), Sargassuol (IV), 2 4R, 2 8R and 24S, 2 8S Epoxy 2 4 Ethylcholesterol (V), Cholesteryl 2 4 Ketone (VI) and stigmasterol 3 O glucoside (VII). Conclusions II~VII are isolated from this seaweed for the first time. I and III~VI have the activity of inducing the mycelia deformation of Pyricularia oryzae.
