患者女性,45岁,工人,因患者分别于1984年及1985年夏,出现终末血尿,伴尿频尿急尿痛,经中西药物抗炎止血治疗后治愈。1986年7月又出现终末血尿及肉眼全程血尿而于8月26日入院,发病后无畏寒发热等症状。8月21日膀胱镜检查:右输尿管嵴偏内侧见1.0×1.0cm 之肿块,表面高低不平,有蒂,基部约1.0cm。取组织送病理检查见组织内有多量不规则片
