公司的中高层管理人员是否应该参与培训,并成为公司的内部讲师?我认为这样做是非常有必要的,因为这么做不但对公司有益,而且对管理者自己也帮助很大。
Should senior and mid-level managers in the company be involved in training and become internal lecturers in the company? I think it is necessary to do this because it is not only good for the company, but it also helps the managers themselves.
