新型学徒制中现代企业对于员工和职业院校学生的根本态度不同,这种主体的转变,让企业对于技能人才的各种需求更具体,更实用,更贴近岗位需求,而新型学徒制的培养针对性也更强、更快捷、更精准。通过对企业的走访了解以及新型学徒制的培养中探索了企业对人才需求的五个维度。
In the new apprenticeship system, the modern enterprises have different attitudes toward employees and students in vocational colleges.
