本文对电容层析成像系统用电容 /电压转换电路在非理想条件下的抗杂散电容干扰问题做了研究。理论分析及实验表明 :在非理想条件下 ,杂散电容对转换电路的灵敏度存在一定的影响 ,且灵敏度存在最优解。这为实际应用中如何优化转换电路的灵敏度提供了理论依据
In this paper, capacitive / voltage conversion circuit of capacitive tomography system is studied in anti-stray capacitance interference under non-ideal conditions. Theoretical analysis and experiments show that under non-ideal conditions, the stray capacitance has a certain influence on the sensitivity of the converter circuit, and the optimal solution exists for the sensitivity. This provides a theoretical basis for how to optimize the sensitivity of the conversion circuit in practical applications
