迄今,对砂粒病毒科病毒的细胞受体尚未明了。本研究中,作者选用8种不同的细胞系与生物素标记的砂粒病毒科原型病毒淋巴细胞脉络丛脑膜炎病毒(LCMV)共育,经“荧光激活细胞分类法”(FACS)分析,发现除2种淋巴细胞(RMA、WIL_2)无明显结合外,其余所有6种啮齿类动物成纤维细胞系均能与LCMV结合,且呈剂量-效应关系。此结合能被非生物素化的LCMV竞争性抑制,但不被无关的其他包膜病毒如HSV-1所阻断,LCMV若预先经中和性抗体(人恢复期血清或抗-LCMV GP-1单克隆抗体WE-36.1)作甩,则与易感细胞结合量显著降低;而抗-LCMV GP-2单克隆抗体却无此阻断
Hitherto, the cellular receptor for the gynoviridae virus has not been known. In this study, the authors selected 8 different cell lines co-cultured with the biotin-labeled Aspergillus virus prototypic virus Lymphocytic Choriomeningitis virus (LCMV) and analyzed by fluorescence activated cell sorting (FACS) All of the six rodent fibroblasts were found to bind to LCMV in a dose-dependent manner, except for the absence of significant binding between the two lymphocytes (RMA and WIL_2).
