补体第一受体(CR1)介导各种血液细胞粘附结合补体的IC,每个红细胞含CR1200~1000个,而多形核白细胞(PMN)有2500~6000个。由于血液中红细胞数目远远大于PMN 和Mφ,故认为清除IC 主要功臣是红细胞。但由于每个PMN 含有的CR1数远远多于红细胞,是否每个PMN 结合IC 能力比红细胞强呢?本文作者研究表明,在相等细胞浓度下,静止PMN 结合IC 的百分率不比红细胞多,尽管其表面有4倍于红细胞的CR1。在相同CR1浓度下,IC 与静止的或f-MLP 活化的PMN 结合率均低于红细胞。
Complement receptor 1 (CR1) mediates the ICs of various blood cells adhering to complement, with each erythrocyte containing CR1200 to 1000 and the polymorphonuclear leukocytes (PMN) 2500 to 6000. Since the number of red blood cells in the blood is much larger than that of PMN and Mφ, it is considered that the main contributor to IC removal is erythrocytes.
