有关肾切开取石和肾部分切除术所给予肾实质的影响,除肾实质切开、缝合骚扰外,还必须考虑阻断肾血的因素。Jones.氏使用狗作实验,报告了右肾摘除后对左肾在常温和低温下结扎肾动脉所引起的变化。并比较分析了:BUN 和 BSP 及组织像的结果。首先,在常温下阻断肾血时间若在60分钟内者,术后仅显示轻度变化,并能很快恹复;超过75分钟即使术后经过5周 BUN 也不能恹复到正常值。
