目前对膀胱肿瘤的治疗方法很多,疗效各异.我院自1984～1993年对适应膀胱部分切除的膀胱癌患者,在部分切除的基础上行膀胱粘膜剥脱术进行治疗,效果较好.现将经随访的22例报告如下.1临床资料本组22例,男18例,女4例;年龄28～72岁,平均54岁.肉眼血尿30天～2年.均行膀胱镜检查,其结果与手术所见一致.行膀胱B超检查19例,18例与膀胱镇检查结果一致,1例误诊.CΤ检查7
