3月27日～4月20日,本报在上海客车展现场对观众进行了一次调查,此次调查的主题是“客车安全”,共发放问卷上百份,收回有效问卷50份,58％的受调查者认为“企业强大的技术支持”是关系客车安全因素中非常重要的,“完善的整车检测体系”以56％的支持率位列第二。同时“全员全程质量管理”和“先进的高可靠性底盘”也被认为是不可忽视的因素(分别为48．9％和46．7％)。
