[案情简介]投诉人:深圳某大酒楼135名员工被诉人:蔡某深圳某大酒楼(下称大酒楼)深圳某实业有限公司(下称某公司)深圳××大酒店去年10月13日,深圳某大酒楼135名员工集体上访我局,诉称大酒楼10月9日突然停业,老板蔡某逃匿,欠付投诉人工资并收押金,住处停水断电,生活无着落,要求劳动部门为其追回劳动报酬及押金。[调查处理经过及结果]接获案情后,立即派人赶往大酒楼现场调查,
