作为国家教育体系重要组成部分的高等职业院校,在人才培养以及人才输送等工作中发挥着重要作用,而高等职业院校学生的实践能力自己综合素质水平更是直接影响到社会人才队伍的总体水平。高职院校的思想政治教育工作虽然与具体专业实践能力提升并无直接关系,但却直接影响到学生的整体水平,进而影响到社会人才梯队的水平,所以,做好高职院校思想政治教育工作具有重要意义。本文主要分析了当前高职院校思想政治教育工作的现状,包括取得的成绩以及存在的问题,并对具体问题的解决,提出了一定的建议。
