将离散元方法中的软球模型与颗粒热传导模型相结合,研究波形滚筒内颗粒混合及热量传递的复杂过程.设计了一个具有波形边界的旋转滚筒,模拟并分析稠密颗粒在不同速度旋转的波形滚筒内的混合和热传导过程,重点考察波形滚筒内不同转速下产生的颗粒混合和导热过程的形态及转速的影响,并采用无量纲混合度,信息熵来分析混合和热传导的演化特性,比较用不同转速达到同一圈数下的结果来表明转速对混合和导热形态特性的影响.
The soft ball model in discrete element method is combined with the particle heat conduction model to study the complicated process of particle mixing and heat transfer in a corrugated drum. A rotating drum with waveform boundary is designed to simulate and analyze the waveform of dense particles rotating at different speeds The mixing and heat conduction process in the drum were investigated emphatically. The influence of particle mixing and heat transfer process on the shape and speed of the particles in the drum was investigated emphatically. The non-dimensional mixing degree and information entropy were used to analyze the evolution characteristics of mixing and heat conduction. The results of different rotational speeds reaching the same number of turns indicate the effect of rotational speed on the mixing and thermal profile properties.
