随着我国近年来的经济快速发展,房地产企业也呈现出快速发展的趋势。但是由于房地产企业资金密集,相关的资金流动数额较大,所以房地产企业从业人员的薪酬普遍较高。但是现有的薪酬体系没有充分调动从业人员的工作积极性和工作能力的提高,这对于房地产企业特别是中小房地产企业而言十分重要,必须对现有的薪酬体系进行完善,提高销售能力和服务业绩,符合企业战略目标,推动中小房企的有力发展。
