来信提问: 我带的班是年级的优秀班,各项教育活动总是名列前茅,最近的广播操比赛既是素质教育的汇报,也是班风、班貌的展示。我相当重视这次的比赛,认真动员、严密组织、反复地训练。有些学生动作不到位,我不厌其烦地一次又一次纠正不规范的动作,但是仍未达到我原先的期望。我参加工作不久,还比较年轻,平时师生关系融洽,但在这次的训练中个别学生却对我表现出了很大的不满,很不耐烦。我是这样认真,可同学们为什么会出现这种状态?在临战前我该怎么办? 一名着急困惑的班主任
