2000年1月17日,由上海市档案局副局长董永昌和专家组成的档案考评组对上海市科技成果档案馆档案管理升国家二级进行了评审,经过对档案管理体系、管理制度、业务建设、档案信息资源以及档案归档率、完整率、准确率的验收考核,认为上海市科技成果档案馆档案管理工作达到国家二级标准,正式通过评审。上海市科委副主任张其标和上海市科委办公室副主任陈小瑜出席了考评会,他俩对市科技成果档案馆档案管理晋升国家二级表示祝贺,并希望市科技成果档
