本文继25种标准菌株形态学观察与菌体测量之后,对16例肺结核患者的痰直接涂片及其分离菌株涂片进行了观测。其中发现不少失去抗酸性菌体。G_(244)号标本培养菌株呈典型的索状生长。菌体表现为多形性,分离菌株涂片较直接涂片更为突出,且前者含有更多的异染颗粒,其数目、大小及位置不等。直接涂片不少菌体位于细胞内。菌体测量表明来自感染组织的细菌(直接涂片),较试管内生长者(同一标本的分离菌株涂片)的菌体明显增长。
In this paper, 25 kinds of standard strains morphological observation and cell measurement after 16 cases of pulmonary tuberculosis sputum direct smear and its isolates smear was observed. Which found that many lose acid-resistant bacteria. The strain G_ (244) showed typical cord-like growth. The bacterial cells showed pleomorphism. The smear of isolates was more prominent than direct smear, and the former contained more heterochromatic granules with different numbers, sizes and positions. Many smear directly in the cells within the cell body. Bacterial measurements showed that the bacteria from the infected tissue (direct smear) grew significantly more than the inoculum of the test tube (smear of isolates of the same specimen).
