旧品系柠檬(Citrus limon Burm)栽培种尤力克和维拉法兰卡分别与8种砧木嫁接,定植在以色列内金夫的北部。栽培种对不同砧木有不同的反应。在为期13年的试验中,沃尔卡默(C.volkameriana Chapot)与维拉法兰卡嫁接是最好的砧穗组合;阿雷檬(C.macrophylla Wester.)可作为受到木质陷孔病和裂皮病侵染的一种半矮化砧,尤其是与尤力克嫁接,可以达到最高的产量;(木黎)檬(C.limonia Osbeck)与受到裂皮病感染的栽培种嫁接,树冠扩展缓慢,但不是矮化砧.
Citrus limon Burm cultivars Youlike and Villafranca were grafted with eight kinds of rootstocks and planted in the northern part of Israel’s Negev. Cultivars have different responses to different rootstocks. In a 13-year trial, C. volkameriana Chapot and Verafranca grafted were the best scion combinations; C. macrophylla Wester. And semi-dwarfing anvil infected with split disease, especially with Youlix, achieve the highest yields; C. limonaria (L. limon) Osbeck grafted with cultivars infected with split disease, crown Slow expansion, but not dwarfing anvil.
