眼镜蛇毒自伤口吸收中毒的病例报道比较多,而从眼结膜吸收影响视力,产生中毒症状的病例实属罕见。本院曾遇一病例,现报告如下。病历简介:周××,男性,28岁,军人,1987年7月24日中午12时30分,一条155厘米长的眼镜蛇追逐小鸡。战士们忙去打蛇,其中一战士用木棍压住蛇身中部,周××弯下腰去抓蛇的头部,眼镜蛇被激怒。头部竖起发出带有雾滴呼呼声,当时患者感到雾喷入左跟。立即到营区洗眼。随后去卫生所冲洗结膜囊。二小时内送到我院。伤后自觉左眼胀痛,眼眶周围发麻,左侧头痛,头晕,眼花,恶心呕吐,视物模糊等症状。当时现埸有五只一斤多重的鸡也因蛇毒入眼,双眼红肿,2小时内相继全都死去。
